Did the NEBE reject the Kucha People's Democratic Party's complaint regarding the election results?

The Kucha constituency is located in Gamo Zone, South Ethiopia Regional State. During the seventh general election, it became one of the most disputed areas, with a number of political parties competing in the region, including the Kucha People's Democratic Party, the Prosperity Party, and others.
Following the election, opposition parties raised several complaints about the election process and results, many of which spread across social media. However, a number of these claims were difficult to verify for various reasons.
One such claim was shared in a video posted by DMN – Dubusha Media Network, a Facebook page with more than 140,000 followers. The video claims that the National Election Board of Ethiopia (NEBE) rejected the Kucha People's Democratic Party's complaint regarding the election results, concluding that there was insufficient legal and factual evidence to alter or invalidate them.

After checking the claim, NEBE confirmed to the CARD Fact-Checking Team that it had reviewed the complaint submitted by the Kucha People's Democratic Party and rejected it, stating that the complaint did not provide enough legal and factual grounds to change or invalidate the election results.
NEBE also noted that this decision was officially communicated to the Kucha People's Democratic Party through a formal letter from the board.
