Guideline for Human Rights Organizations' Engagement in the National Dialogue Process of Ethiopia

As the Ethiopian National Dialogue Commission (ENDC) announced that it started to collect agenda for the national dialogue process, the Center for the Advancement of Rights and Democracy (CARD) in partnership with the Ethiopian Human Rights Defenders Center (EHRDC), and with the support received form the Civil Rights Defenders (CRD), has developed a guideline on human rights organizations and defenders participation to the national dialogue process.
