The Center for the Advancement of Rights and Democracy (CARD) is participating and campaigning in the 'CSOs Week 2023' open events at the Ghion Hotel from June 7 through 9, 2023. The motto of this year's CSOs week is "proactive CSOs for sustainable peace, human rights, and good governance."

The 'CSOs Week 2023' is the third of the annual series where many Ethiopian civil society organizations come together to demonstrate their work to visitors, and stakeholders, and celebrate their achievements while also raising voices through different ceremonies, exhibitions, bazaars, panel discussions, and media sessions. The 'CSOs Week' is hosted by the Ethiopian Council for Civil Society Organizations' Council (ECSOC), a statutory body membered by all CSOs in Ethiopia, and the Authority for Civil Society Organizations (ACSO), the regulatory body for CSOs. CARD is participating in this annual event for the first time. 

In 'CSOs Week 2023', CARD distributes publications that aimed to raise awareness about the Center's works since its foundation in 2019 and also to campaign for digital rights and democratization.
